We want you to love your Gimaguas pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original Gimaguas packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
