Where does Gimaguas ship from and what are the delivery times?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Spain. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days, while international shipping usually takes 5-10 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page features a specific size guide. As many of our pieces have unique, artisanal silhouettes, we recommend checking the measurements provided or contacting our customer service for personalized advice.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For orders within the European Union, VAT is included. For international orders outside the EU, duties and taxes are not included and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
